Part 1: Optimizing Physician Collaboration With Community Health Workers (CHWs) in HIV Prevention and CareVirtual Event via Zoom This webinar will explore the expanding role of pharmacies in HIV prevention, including pharmacists’ involvement in PrEP and PEP, with a particular focus on supporting Spanish-speaking patients. Experts will discuss best practices for engaging with the Latino communities, overcoming language barriers, and enhancing pharmacy-based HIV prevention services. The discussion will also include strategies for pharmacists to effectively communicate with Spanish speaking patients and promote adherence to HIV prevention regimens. Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits will be available. Continuing medical education credit will be available free for NHMA members; a $25 fee applies for nonmembers.
