The Emerging Leaders in Dairy Nutrition Science Scholarship is offered by the National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) in collaboration with National Dairy Council (NDC) to support students passionate about nutrition, dairy science and improving health outcomes in Latino communities.
This scholarship gives students the chance to attend the 2026 NHMA Annual Conference, connect with leaders in health and nutrition and share their perspectives on the role of nutrition and dairy science in advancing health equity. Scholars will also engage in professional growth opportunities, thought leadership and community-focused initiatives.

About the Scholarship
Three students will be selected to receive financial support to attend the 2026 NHMA Annual Conference (May 27–29, 2026) in Leesburg, VA, where they will have access to mentorship, networking and professional development opportunities.
