Brief Description:
Latinos are the second largest racial and ethnic group in the United States. Yet, despite our continued growth, Latinos remain drastically underrepresented in the field of healthcare
leadership. More Latino health professionals that reflect our communities are vital to improving access to quality care and reducing health disparities throughout the country. In this session, we will explore the value of Latino leadership and learn from a panel of top NYC Latino healthcare experts who will share their diverse leadership journeys, lessons learned, essential skills needed to succeed, and the challenges conquered. Join us to learn about empowering leadership insights and strategies, and the importance of promoting Latino leaders in healthcare.
