Each year, the NHMA Phoenix Chapter's Health Equity Summit convenes health care leaders, providers, educators and advocates from across Arizona and beyond to address the most pressing health disparities impacting Latino communities. This year's summit focuses on access to care, brain health, value-based care, behavioral health, culturally competent care models and the social determinants of health, with interactive panel discussions, roundtable dialogue and a post-event networking reception. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM.

150+ health professionals, community leaders, and industry partners are expected to attend.
